Electroosmosis
The complete solution to moisture intrusion
Water intrusion through a building’s
foundation causes serious damage. In addition to wall deterioration damp can also ruin electrical and mechanical equipment, it can increase maintenance costs due to rust and mold, and it can make
affactive areas uninhabitable or unsafe.
The electroosmotic pulse technology
is applied for removing and preventing moisture intrusion in below-grade concrete structures, such as basements, concrete blocks, bricks, stones, crawl-spaces and buildings.
The technology is installed by
inserting highly resistant anodes into the walls or floors on the inside or outside structures of the wall supplemented by cathodes either in the soil directly outside the wall structure. By pulsing the
current density the system creates an electrical field. In the material that is sufficiently strong to move water molecules towards the minus pole and/or cathodes outside the walls.
It results in complete and lasting
elimination wall damage, corrosion, mold, bacteria, and odors.
